    As we celebrate the National Children's Month with the ecelebration theme "OSAEC-CSAEM    Wakasan: Kaligtasan at Karapatan ng Bata, Ipaglaban!" highlights the importance on reflecting the safety and rights of children, particularly in the digital age. Fighting for the

end of sexual abuse and exploitation of children (OSAEC) and child sexual abuse or exploitation materials (CSAEM) to foster a safe community and social wellness of children. We must emphasize the urgent need to protect our children from online threats and exploitation.

    Moreover, our government plays a crucial role in safeguarding children's safety, dignity, and rights. One example is our laws and policies in whereas, it must be enacted and

implemented to protect children from all forms of abuse, neglect, and exploitation. The government should also invest in programs that promote children's well-being, education, and healthcare. Furthermore, it is essential to strengthen law enforcement to effectively prosecute offenders who harm children.

    In my opinion, the government should prioritize their actions to fasten the enhancement of children protection. They must strict online measures like stricter regulations and monitoring mechanisms to prevent online sexual abuse and exploitation. Conduct a educationa

l campaigns to raise awareness about the dangers of the digital space among the children, parents, and also the educators about online safety and, responsible parenting and internet use. Lastly is to establish and support a child-friendly reporting mechanisms and support services for victims of abuse and exploitation.

    Protecting children is a shared responsibility that requires the collective efforts of the government and the collaboration of every fellow countrymen--civil society and individuals. By working together, we can create a safer and more nurturing world for the children. In which they can thrive and reach their full potentials. Now let us commit ourselves to uphold the children safety, dignity, and rights!
